As educators and students, our panelists will discuss their teaching methodologies, their research interests, and why it’s important to follow teaching with action and vice versa. How have communities organized to protect their people when the public institutions did not? Black History matters now and it matters all the time. In this conversation, we will discuss how teaching Black history has evolved over the years and how it shapes our cultural memory.
