Jordan C. Weinstock (they/them) is a PhD student in the Department of History. Their research is on the transition to industrial capitalism in the United States during the Gilded Age and Progressive Era. Jordan is primarily interested in the perspective of unwaged women and the ideology of gender and labor these members of the public developed as the reckoned with a changing world. They are currently writing an article on the Kosher Meat Boycott of 1902.
Jordan holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MA from New York University. Their writing has been published in The Nation.
