Alhelí Alvarado-Díaz will be presenting in a session on “Integrating High Impact Practices in the Core Curriculum.”

Thai Jones, Donna Bilak, and Matthew Connelly will be presenting in a session titled “Historical Thinking and Other Unnatural Acts.”

Although the schedule runs from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., participants can feel free to come and go throughout the day; we just ask that you register ahead of the event. All members of the Columbia community are welcome.

Why come to the Symposium? This a fantastic opportunity to re-imagine the classroom as a space for active and collaborative learning. In panels and breakout sessions, hear from the Hybrid Learning Course Redesign and Delivery grant awardees. The end of the day will feature a poster presentation showcasing teaching innovations.
