Robin S. Reich is a current PhD student in Medieval History. She studies interactions between Christians and Muslims in the central Mediterranean basin during the long 12th century. Her interests include the history of disease, the transmission of medical texts, trade, and the the art and crafts traditions of Sicily. Robin earned her BA in History, with minors in Archaeology and Medieval and Renaissance Studies, from Carleton College in Minnesota, and her MA in History from Boston College.
